Pricing
FURNISHED ROOMS:
$125 - $165 per night
$2,000 and up per month

PRIVATE APARTMENTS:
Studio:
$165 - $300 per night
$3,400 and up per month

One bedroom:
$200 - $425 per night
$4,000 and up per month

Two bedrooms:
$275 - $750 per night
$5,000 and up per month.

Prices are per furnished room or private apartment -- not per person.

Sales Tax
New York City taxes are included in all rentals when applicable.

Minimum Stay
A three-night minimum reservation is preferred, although a few hosts will accept two nights but not during high seasons. No one-night reservations are accepted.

Payment Method
Manhattan Getaways takes a deposit through MasterCard, Visa and American Express. The balance is paid directly to the host upon arrival in cash or traveler's checks. Personal checks must clear before arrival. Sometimes the full amount can be charged to a credit card and Manhattan Getaways will pay the host directly.

Pricing Criteria
The number of guests, New York City location, amenities, doorman, building type and the season determines pricing. Supply and demand also effects pricing.

Utility Charges
Electric, telephone and cable charges are usually extra for monthly rentals.
